If, in the judgment of the Board of Directors of University of North Carolina at Asheville Foundation, Inc., it shall become impossible for University of North Carolina at Asheville Foundation, Inc. to use my/our gift to accomplish the specific purposes of this gift, University of North Carolina at Asheville Foundation, Inc. may use the income and principal of this gift for such purpose or purposes as the Board determines is most closely related to the restricted purpose of my gift.

Recognition
Individuals who commit to making a future gift through their estate to the UNC Asheville Foundation, Inc. are honored as members of planned gift society. Names of members may be included in a variety of UNC Asheville and UNC Asheville Foundation, Inc. publications and media.

To encourage others to support UNC Asheville in this way, I/we agree to be listed and recognized as a member of the planned giving society. I/We understand that dollar values and other gift information will not be reported.
